[su_column size=”3/4″] I’ve been meaning to post these for a long time. My friend Melly and I
went out to the poppy fields about 2 months ago and shot these. The
flowers are long gone now but they were beautiful while they lasted.
I’m actually writing this post as I’m packing for a trip to Sweden! I have
a few more shoots from this day to post so I’ll cue them up so they’ll post
while I’m gone! Love you all! [/su_column]

I can’t believe how long it’s taking me to get all my New Zealand posts up. My workspace is less than ideal right now. We’re ripping out the floor tiles and the whole office is a mess. My computer is completely full and my external hard-drive is full as well. Need to get a new one. I’m in the process of getting a desktop set up so I can finally edit video and actually get posts up on time. There are so many things I haven’t posted but I want to catch up before my travels this summer! So bear with me on this messed up timeline. How I wish I was back on our peaceful balcony in Auckland. Just looking at these images makes me so sad that I had to leave but happy that I got to go and experience such a wonderful place.

[su_column size=”3/4″] We stopped and shot these on our way home from Indio. I absolutely love being in the desert. It’s such a strange place. I’ve noticed that every time I’m out in Joshua Tree or around Palm Springs, I always end up having a deep conversation at night with my friends. Maybe it’s because when the sun goes down everything is still and quiet and the only thing you can hear is your own thoughts.. Anyway, I love the desert thats basically it. Love you all. [/su_column]

The tides in New Zealand were insane. A few hours later and
this place would be underwater. Peter and I explored the
neighborhood and came across this magical place. I hope I
get the chance to go back to Auckland someday.
Finally diving into my New Zealand posts! While we
were in Auckland, we visited Waiheke Island, which is
only a short boat ride away from the city. It was such a
gorgeous place. A tropical getaway from Auckland.
I have so many pictures so I’ll have to split it into two parts.
Part 2 coming tomorrow!
