Category: Fall

I used to spend every summer in Michigan when
I was younger. My sisters and I would walk to the
beach every day and spend the nights laying outside
and listening to the crickets. These were taken when
I left fashion week early to go to the shores of
Lake Michigan.
That was in September. I can’t believe its been that
long. Its almost summer again. Michigan is one of
those places that is dear to my heart and I always feel
at home when I go back. A road trip may have to be in the
near future.

Chunky Turtleneck

Finally getting around to editing all the looks that are
stored away in my computer. Its already warm in LA.
Not that it was ever really cold. I’m sorry for those of
you stuck in a snow storm, but I’m kind of jealous in a
way. I’d love to be in the snow right now, but maybe
only for a couple days.. maybe one day actually.
That being said, I might go to the pool today. See ya.

Not Too Shabby

I just got back from a last minute trip to Yosemite,
which was awesome! I definitely recommend going.
The unfortunate thing is I caught the stomach flu so
I couldn’t quite enjoy it as much as I would’ve!
And I also forgot to charge my phone so I couldn’t
show you guys a live feed of how beautiful it was!
I did take a couple pictures on my camera so I’ll post
those as soon as I can.
Love you all!

All Winter Long

I’ve been wearing the same three colors all winter.
     Black..which doesn’t count as a color… White…
which doesn’t count as a color either.. and dark red.
Sorry I’ve been missing from the blog. I have a ton
of photos from the Mammoth trip I went on and I can’t
wait to share them with you! But for now. Here are
some pictures of me in my laced pants that I wear far
     too often. Love you all.

Tied Up

I remember having a cardigan of every color
in my closet. They were slowly passed down to
my sisters, but they were really convenient when I
needed a little bit of warmth or a pop of color under
another jacket. I’m slowly building up my cardigan
collection again and this one from Old Navy is my
favorite right now. Its just long enough so it’ll peek
out under a jacket and it’s so easy to throw on for
the not-so-cold fall days in California.

Visiting the Eames House is one of those things that I have always
wanted to do, but never did until the perfect opportunity came up
when Olivia and I were showing the men from Fohr Card around LA.
Definitely a cool experience much different than going to a museum.
You can tell that the house was loved and lived in. I recommend
     going if you’re in LA!

Sweater Season

Its finally sweater season in LA. Well, sort of.
We’re still able to wear mini skirts and opened toed
shoes if you choose to do so.
I’m loving the selection of sweaters at Old Navy right
now. They have embellished ones but also really
simple layering pieces that are perfect for the
cool weather. Of course I keep it simple with a
neutral color sweater and my trusted leather skirt.
The tote is also from Old Navy, and it’ll be my every
day bag this fall. And yes, the fact that my necklace
is crooked is bothering me too. ;)
     Love you all.
